As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals by providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and developing strong relationships with our clients. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and chats, and assist customers by providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Document and update customer records based on interactions, as needed
- Develop a strong understanding of internal and external proprietary software and troubleshoot common issues with customers
- Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks, as needed, to ensure the success of our clients
- *Qualifications**
- Must reside in the United States
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must pass a background check
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
- Proactive and able to prioritize work effectively
- Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Must have the minimum equipment requirements (see below)

- Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 (Note: Windows 8.1 is not supported by some client programs), or Mac with a minimum i5
- Internet Connection: Hard-wired connection (no wireless), minimum 10 Mbps download, minimum 3 Mbps upload (Wi-fi is not supported)
