  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Set up new clients as needed, including initial standing orders and ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including sales orders, standing orders, and exception processing
  • Process exceptions, including creating credit memos, filing freight claims, and reshipping items as required
  • Handle freight claims, including processing disputes and pursuing payment from carriers
  • Adhere to arenaflex's Core Values and Purpose, including a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork
  • Attend all scheduled meetings, with no more than 10% annual absence
  • Clock in and out for work and lunch with no more than 1 error per month
  • Provide excellent customer service, following all OSHA and other safety guidelines
  • Demonstrate active teamwork and collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Manage stress and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to company safety standards, with no serious injuries occurring during the prior 12-month period
  • Follow all policies and procedures, with no verbal or written warnings during the evaluation period
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment for a tangible product or service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • 1 year of experience with ERP systems, such as Epicor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail

  • Experience with CRM software, including salesforce.com
  • Familiarity with OSHA and other safety guidelines
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
