• Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to resolve issues and provide updates
• Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner
• Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• English language proficiency required for this position
