We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Maine. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving and documenting customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Ensuring all company procedures are followed, including adherence to structured protocols and scripts
  • Ensuring accurate trip data is input in our systems, maintaining the highest level of data integrity
  • Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, meeting or exceeding performance standards
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
  • Multitasking effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems
  • Reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school graduate or general education degree (GED)
  • 0-2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience
  • Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35wpm or more
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision, with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work overtime as required, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
  • High-speed internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload, with the ability to directly hardwire to your modem
  • A dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides privacy to review company-sensitive documents securely
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance-related industry
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
