- *Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- **Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries**: Field customer inquiries, find innovative solutions, and provide excellent customer service through active listening.
- **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: Work with confidential customer information, treat it sensitively, and aim to resolve issues on the first call.
- **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, and track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- **Providing Feedback**: Offer feedback on call issues and upsell when required.

- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- **Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
- **Age Requirement**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- **Typing Speed**: You should be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- **Computer Skills**: You should be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
- **Customer Service and/or Sales Experience**: Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- **College Degree**: A college degree is preferred but not required.
