As a Remote Impact Client Support Delegate, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Internal Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• **Work planning support:** Collaborate with the Body Shop team to ensure seamless execution of work plans and schedules.
• **Client communication and coordination:** Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• **Vehicle appearance arrangement:** Work closely with the Body Shop team to arrange for vehicle appearances, including twist and CCC organization appearance.
• **Rental coordination and hand off:** Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth rental and hand-off processes.
• **Material and supplies reordering:** Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• **Fix survey and conveyance:** Conduct surveys and coordinate conveyance of vehicles as required.
