We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Impact Client Support Delegate. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their vehicles are repaired and returned to them in a timely and satisfactory manner. You will work closely with our Inward Body Shop team to resolve any issues that may arise during the repair process. This is a full-time remote position, requiring 8 hours of work per day, with a competitive hourly rate of $25.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide work planning support to the Inward Body Shop team, ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, including communication and coordination of vehicle repairs.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange vehicle rentals and handoffs, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Reorder materials and supplies as needed, ensuring that the repair process is not delayed.
• Conduct repair surveys and ensure that vehicles are delivered to clients in a satisfactory condition.
• Collaborate with the Body Shop team to resolve any issues that may arise during the repair process.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Crash Repair or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
