As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. You'll be responsible for promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, and interpreting authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
• Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
• Interpret authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments
• Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times
• Provide assistance to distressed passengers and customers
• Protect business assets and revenue
• Ensure a safe journey for all passengers
• Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties
• Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe
• Be self-motivated and require minimum supervision
• Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations
• Follow internal and external regulations and procedures
• May be required to drive and perform air stairs to various types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers
• Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees
• May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities

• Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
+ High school degree or GED+ Read, write, fluently speak, and recognize the English language+ Bilingual language skills are required in some locations+ Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities+ Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable+ Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable+ Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays+ Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis
• Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment+ Familiarity with airline operations and procedures+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
