  • *Minimum Qualifications:**
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, providing above-average service
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with data entry and Excel, with the ability to navigate between multiple systems simultaneously
  • Previous remote work experience, with a strong internet connection (minimum 25mbps upload and download speed)
  • Call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
