As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information section methods and rules to process new patient enrollment, handle patient medication requests, and enter top-off orders for handling.
- Investigating missing solution data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes), and resolving all information passage-related exceptions.
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
- Resolving Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities.
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, and recognizing and reporting issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
- Acquiring a dynamic professional license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintaining a valid professional license or certification.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- *Preferred Capabilities:**
- At least 2 years of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by state as conceded by the State board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification agency.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 WPM+ Typing by memory+ Designing reports
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
