We're looking for a talented and flexible individual to join our customer service team, working closely with our team leaders to deliver a safe and exceptional airport experience to our clients. As a remote customer service representative, you will:

- Perform various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing
- Work closely with team leaders, taking instructions and guidance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Conduct administrative tasks, such as pre-flight and post-flight departure procedures
- Represent arenaflex, adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on airport procedures, policies, and services

To succeed in this role, you will need:
