  • *About the Role**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients build successful, lasting relationships with their customers. Your typical day will involve making and taking calls to and from customers to qualify them prior to transferring them to a sales representative at the client. You'll work with a variety of clients across different industries, including mortgages, insurance, education, and other consumer services.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Make and take customer phone calls to provide quality customer experiences
  • Successfully use scripts to guide conversations and ensure that customer needs are met
  • Record information on the consumer conversation using arenaflex systems
  • Work with different clients and campaigns to deliver exceptional results
  • Provide quality customer experiences that meet or exceed client expectations
  • *Requirements**
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Experience working with computers, with a strong understanding of software applications and systems
  • A quiet work space that is free from noise or distractions
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
  • Military sensitivity is a plus
  • Must live in Texas
