As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be the go-to person for customers who need help finding the perfect pet food, toys, or accessories, or who need assistance with their online orders. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, provide solutions, and exceed customer expectations.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Connect directly with customers who reach out to us for various reasons, including helping them find their new pet, finding the perfect toy, or resolving issues that don't go as expected.
- Examine and resolve customer issues to provide suitable solutions, think proactively, and set follow-up meetings on a case-by-case basis to ensure issue resolution.
- Work with empathy, undivided attention, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to customers and colleagues alike.
- Work with a willingness to learn, share feedback, receive input, and work in a culture of being open to growth and development.
- Engage with partners, your immediate supervisor, and other colleagues across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to an irresistible customer-driven culture of collaboration.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written evaluation.
- Ability to multitask (e.g., keep a conversation on the phone while searching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a high-speed environment.
- Capability in using computers, both for data entry, as well as for quick navigation through systems and the web to find information to assist in supporting our customers.
- Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization.
- Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work past 40 hours depending on the situation by the specialty unit.
- Should have demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, psychology).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)).

- Workspace should be sufficiently large to accommodate computer screens and be free from distractions, including any background noise that affects the customer experience.
- Workspace OK for webcam use.
- Have a strong wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed (You can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your service provider.) Candidates should meet and demonstrate this requirement.
