  • *Job Responsibilities:**
  • **Answer Incoming Calls and Respond to Customer Requests**: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • **Book Appointments for Members with a High Degree of Data Accuracy**: Ensure seamless scheduling experiences for customers, maintaining accurate records and adhering to established protocols.
  • **Maintain Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills**: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • **Identify and Escalate Issues to Supervisors as Needed**: Recognize and address potential issues, escalating them to supervisors when necessary to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • **High School Graduate or G.E.D.**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • **Minimum of One Year Experience in an Inbound/Outbound Call Center or Retail Environment**: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential for success in this position.
  • **Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills**: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • **Ability to Multitask while Speaking on the Phone and Using a Computer**: Demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining focus and composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Must be Able to Pass a Background Check**: A background check is a requirement for this role, ensuring the safety and security of our customers and team members.
