We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative – Parent Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for building rapport with families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies over the phone. You will educate potential families about the evaluation appointment, treatment process, and insurance process, expediting the process for families while maintaining excellent customer service.

  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative – Parent Liaison at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to our families over the phone, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
  • Accurately entering patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling, including identifying potential conflicts or trends for each Clinic schedule
  • Coordination of information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and our own treatment clinics
  • Review cost share amounts, co-payments, and financial responsibility with our families
  • Handling variable call volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer service issues and improve our processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service or related experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with computer software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
  • Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and human relations skills
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to absorb new information in a timely manner
  • Professional demeanor in both written and spoken communication with families, providers, and coworkers
  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritize daily tasks to manage individual workload
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a healthcare or medical setting
  • Familiarity with insurance companies and billing processes
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
