As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both online and in-store. You'll engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a fantastic customer experience. You'll also be responsible for operating cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

  • Engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service, both online and in-store
  • Resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, counters, and stockrooms
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating displays and resetting shelves
  • Implement employer asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce shrinkage
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding regulated products
  • Participate in special assignments and other duties as assigned
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Previous experience working with arenaflex
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
