We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in SOLDOTNA, USA. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
  • Implement agency asset safety strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to regulated products
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, including constructing and maintaining shows and promotional displays
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and quality
  • Provide support for in-store events and promotions, including setup and teardown
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Prior experience with arenaflex or a similar company
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
