We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in SOLDOTNA, USA. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Implement agency asset safety strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to regulated products
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, including constructing and maintaining shows and promotional displays
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and quality
- Provide support for in-store events and promotions, including setup and teardown
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Prior experience with arenaflex or a similar company
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
