As a Customer Service Representative Nights and Weekends, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting and meeting potential members, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their membership journey
  • Handling front desk-related tasks with efficiency and professionalism, including:
  • + Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns+ Taking information calls and tours to showcase our facilities and services+ Assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updates to member account information+ Facilitating member services issues and questions, and forwarding to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed+ Maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
  • Providing exceptional customer service, communicating and interacting with customers in a way that exceeds their wants and needs
  • Demonstrating active listening skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and concerns
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
  • Communicating questions, concerns, or issues to a supervisor in a timely manner
