As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for patients, assisting with scheduling, check-ins, inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. • *Position Details:**

• Full-time, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (varied schedules available)
• Locations include but are not limited to:
+ Cape Coral+ Sanibel Island+ Fort Myers+ Lehigh Acres (and surrounding areas)+ Bonita Springs+ Naples+ Estero+ Port Charlotte+ Babcock Ranch
• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
+ Handling telephones, patient appointment scheduling, patient check-in, insurance verification, authorization, pre-certifications, referrals, and posting charges+ Preparing well-coded and accurate billing and maintenance of medical records+ Managing the business services for workers compensation, commercial carriers, employee health, and corporate accounts (depending on the specific Practice/Department needs)+ Late hours, holidays, and weekends may be required+ Other duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor of the department

• *Requirements:**

• Educational Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent Required+ Preferred: Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required
• Experience Requirements:
+ Less than 1 Year Clerical/Administrative Required+ Insurance Preferred or Customer Service Preferred
• Additional Requirements:
+ 1-2 years prior experience required for arenaflex Solutions+ State of Florida Licensure Requirements: Not Required+ Certifications/Registration Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required at some locations within 90 days of hire
