As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients via mail and chat. You'll be responsible for responding to tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing step-by-step guidance to clients.   • Respond to all tickets on our system in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise
  • Provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal, to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues, using active listening and empathetic communication skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and accurate support to clients
  • *Requirements**
  • At least 3 years of technical experience in a hosting company, software company, or related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Experience in Technical Support for at least 3 years, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • English language proficiency at a very good level (written and spoken)
  • Maximum age of 30 years
  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Residents of Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun are preferred
  • Graduates only (Bachelor's degree or higher)
  • Males and females are welcome to apply
  • *Work Conditions**
  • Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (working from the office) or 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM (working from home)
  • 2 days off per month, with the option to change every month
  • Hybrid work arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home or the office
