As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, including:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Conducting research to provide answers to customers' questions and resolve issues
  • Making recommendations to customers to close sales and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless experience
  • *What You Bring to the Role**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for high-end fashion and luxury retail
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience
  • 1 year or more of post-secondary education or 2 years equivalent work experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster)
  • A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android for daily log-in
  • A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets not accepted)
