As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients, agents, and internal stakeholders. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, educating clients on product features and benefits, and resolving complex issues with ease.   • Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing expert guidance and resolving complex issues efficiently
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and contract provisions, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding departmental performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients

  • Associate's degree or equivalent years of related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required
  • Accountable, ethical, and good decision-making ability
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and take appropriate action
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited school required
  • Bonus points for:

  • Hybrid work schedule – working remotely: Monday and Friday / on-site: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (up to the first 16 weeks)
  • Full-time work from home after training
  • Must live within 50 miles of our Tampa location (8641 Henderson Rd, Tampa, 33634)
  • *Compensation**
  • Salary range: $35,000-$45,000 per year
  • Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
  • Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
  • Sales bonus eligible: No
  • Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors, including individual experience, skills, qualifications, and job location
