As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in interacting with clients to provide information, resolve complaints, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Resolving customer service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Contacting clients to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Keeping records of client interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of customer service-related experience (call center experience is highly preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Ability to accurately document and record client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
