You'll be responsible for setting up loan records, communicating with clients about their credit terms, and ensuring that all necessary documents are in order for loan closure. • Handle record setup for home equity loans, including providing necessary disclosures to clients, communicating with clients about their credit terms, and reviewing the loan for closure
• Perform daily audits on the Home Equity pipeline to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Process closing documents for home equity loans
• Process Property Condition Reports for Home Equity Loans
• Process Confirmation of Work for Home Equity Loan candidates
• Perform booking of home equity loans
• Input home equity loan information into daily Excel calculation sheets
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ensuring the security and privacy of all records and related data, which is essential for their work, and ensuring that their work is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

• *All You'll Need for Success**

• Least Capabilities:
+ Education: High school diploma or GED+ Experience: 2 years of related experience, preferably in a credit union environment
• Favored Capabilities:
+ Training and Earlier Professional training+ Experience in contract lending+ Past client service experience
• Abilities, Licenses and Affirmations:
+ Gifted in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) acquired through either work experience with the software or education and involved use of the software+ Knowledge of Credit Union and Episys Framework+ Capacity to practice exceptional customer and client service skills+ Talented in better than expected relational and relational abilities and professional phone habits+ Capacity to perform fundamental numerical computations and analyze data+ Capacity to act in a high-speed climate, handle multiple tasks, and capability as a vital piece of a group in a different climate+ Capacity to associate professionally with all representatives and individuals+ Capacity to advance rapidly and adjust well to change+ Capacity to self-rouse areas of strength for with abilities and limit with regards to scrupulousness+ Capacity to focus on work and fulfill time constraints successfully+ Capacity to talk, read, and compose Spanish is an or more+ Capacity to keep up with acceptable execution and participation+ Capacity to pass appropriate arenaflex and Credit Association pre-employment consistency checks
