Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to resolve their issues and provide them with a seamless experience. This role requires you to handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries, document and update customer records based on interactions, develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, and assist with troubleshooting and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls to resolve customer inquiries and provide a seamless experience


• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner


• Document and update customer records based on interactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information


• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services to provide expert-level support


• Assist with troubleshooting and technical support to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written


• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations


• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools


• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
