- *Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy
- Accurately documenting call content in real-time to ensure seamless communication and resolution
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, products, and services to provide informed and accurate information to customers

- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Note: Rotating holidays as needed

- Pay: $16.20/hr
- Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and phone systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
