  • *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy
  • Accurately documenting call content in real-time to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, products, and services to provide informed and accurate information to customers
  • *Schedule:**
  • Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Note: Rotating holidays as needed
  • *Compensation and Benefits:**
  • Pay: $16.20/hr
  • Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and phone systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of medical insurance and healthcare industry terminology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish or other languages)
