Position Overview


arenaflex is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Operations group. This is a remote position based in India (pan India), offering you the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while supporting our US-based healthcare services operations.


As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating day-to-day activities of healthcare workers, managing staff scheduling, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both clients and caregivers. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for helping others.


The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and be comfortable working during US business hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST, Monday through Friday). This is a full-time position with permanent work-from-home flexibility, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life while contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities


As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for the following core functions:



  • Schedule and Coordinate Healthcare Workers: Manage the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal coverage for all client shifts and maintaining seamless operations.

  • Staffing and Recruitment Support: Assist in screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified caregivers to meet our growing staffing needs while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Client and Caregiver Communication: Communicate regularly with field staff, build strong interpersonal relationships, promote the organization's brand, and implement strategies to retain top talent.

  • Shift Matching and Assignment: Staff client shifts by carefully matching the best caregiver with each client based on skills, preferences, and requirements.

  • Team Collaboration: Take initiative to build strong rapport and relationships with US-based team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

  • Platform Management: Manage the service delivery platform to meet company standards and ensure efficient workflow across all operations.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Answer phone calls promptly and provide exceptional customer service to both clients and healthcare workers.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily and weekly staffing reports, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a team-based environment.
