As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary duties will include:
- **Providing Service to Patients**: Respond to patient inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Excellent Communication**: Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using clear and concise language.
- **ETM Software Operation**: Learn and understand the operation of our ETM software, ensuring seamless integration with our billing and account operations.
- **Billing and Account Operations**: Learn and understand our billing and account operations, including research and resolution of patient billing issues.
- **Documenting Inquiries**: Accurately document all telephone inquiries, ensuring that patient information is up-to-date and secure.
- **Research and Resolution**: Research and resolve problems with patient bills, updating insurance coverage as needed.
- **Printing and Rebilling**: Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebill accounts after receiving insurance information.
- **Financial Agreements**: Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.
- **Additional Duties**: Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.
- *Qualifications and Experience**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- **Microsoft Windows Environment**: Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment is essential.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills (oral and written) are required, as well as the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
