  • *Position Overview**

The Customer Service Representative role is a key position responsible for answering a high-volume of incoming calls from Residential and Commercial customers regarding their waste and recycling services. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a professional, positive, and efficient manner, effectively addressing customer complaints and concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner (75 to 120 per day)
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
  • Maintain call center database by entering information
  • Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Minimum one year of Call Center experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • In Person and/or Phone Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Inbound Call Center experience
  • Professional demeanor
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate level
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
