As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers via phone, email, chat, SMS, and social media with product information, order status, and general questions and concerns.
  • Proactively advising customers on issues like shipment delays and gathering information necessary to process their orders.
  • Communicating with shipping couriers and internal departments concerning customer orders.
  • Adjusting orders as needed (e.g., backorders, exchanges, wrong item shipped, etc.).
  • Escalating customer-impacting issues through proper internal channels.
  • Providing professional and appropriate internal and external communication, as well as progress updates to all stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving using knowledge, resources, qualitative, and quantitative information.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to help customers in a friendly and compassionate manner.
  • The ability to retain product knowledge and communicate information clearly and concisely with proper grammar and voice.
  • The ability to read and follow directions.
  • Strong ability to retain confidential information pertaining to customer information.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite/Google Apps.
  • Experience using multiple lines of contact (email/phone/chat/social).
  • Primarily sedentary work at a computer for prolonged periods of time.
