We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis, working evening and weekend shifts. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, data security, and confidentiality
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills
  • Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Clear, professional, and friendly voice
  • Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and promoting customer satisfaction
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Spanish/English Bilingual (a plus)
  • Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (a plus)

  • 8 hour shifts, with flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts
