We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team in Manassas, VA. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team.

  • *Job Responsibilities:**
  • Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
  • Maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Make daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve any issues
  • Route technicians based on location, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with the Residential Department to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • *Schedule:**
  • Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
  • Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
  • Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
  • Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • High-speed internet connection
  • Quiet workspace with minimal background noise
  • arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone, but you must provide your own equipment and ensure a reliable internet connection
