- *Job Role**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
- Maintaining our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve any issues
- Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- *Schedule**
Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will have a flexible schedule that includes:
- Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience (at least one year)
- The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high call volumes and interact with customers and technicians
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills to update customer information in our customer database (Service Titan)
