- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Advancing and selling air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders
- Assisting with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance
- Interpreting government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments
- Meeting and dispatching aircraft within established times
- Providing support to distressed passengers and customers
- Safeguarding company property and revenue
- Ensuring safe travel practices
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
- Valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
- Bilingual language skills, preferred in certain locations
