- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our members over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Engaging in awesome, engaging conversations with members to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Selling our amazing products and services to meet the needs of our members
- Being clear, confident, and concise on the phone to ensure a positive experience for our members
- Deepening and retaining member relationships through needs assessment and empathetic communication
- Providing offers, solutions, and information to match the customer needs
- Saving customers who are thinking about leaving us by identifying and resolving problems
- Following up with our customers when promised to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members to help one another learn and grow
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
- Providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining alignment with Core Values and Mission of the USCCA in all interactions
- *Essential Qualifications**
- A strong belief in the Second Amendment
- Firearms and self-defense knowledge is preferred but not necessary
- Desire to WOW customers daily
- A Find Needs / Fill Needs orientation to customer interactions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Computer savvy-ness, including the ability to learn new things quickly
- Relentless follow-through and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people
- An empathetic approach to every conversation
- Hunger to exceed expectations
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Energized by a variety of tasks and duties
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Willingness to have fun with an awesome team
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment
- Knowledge of firearms and self-defense is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
