As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service

- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
