  • *Work Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
  • Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing.
  • Investigating to obtain missing prescription data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Settling all information entry related to special cases.
  • Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.
  • Settling on phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain information, gain authorization, or otherwise resolve special cases.
  • Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
  • Identifying and reporting issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).
  • Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
  • Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
