As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide product and service information, as well as recommendations to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments
- *Essential Qualifications**
- A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
- An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
- Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and the ability to learn new software
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion
- A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks, with a focus on attention to detail

- Work experience in a call center environment
- Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
- Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Sunday through Thursday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
