- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including excellent phone skills and ability to document calls and account activity clearly
- PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
