We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Collections to join our remote team. As a critical member of our collections team, you'll be responsible for collecting on low-risk accounts, assisting customers in understanding their financial obligations, and providing guidance to limit losses to the bank. As a Customer Service Representative - Collections, you'll be responsible for:

• Collecting on low-risk accounts to minimize delinquency rates

• Negotiating repayment options and handling incoming and outgoing calls
• Maintaining accurate documentation and account maintenance
• Performing other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year customer service experience required
• Collections experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and motivated self-starter
• Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our schedule is designed to accommodate your needs, with:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
• Weekly flexible prime-time hours required
