As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Benefits Enrollment Expert, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' employees, helping them navigate the complexities of benefits enrollment and insurance programs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, and that their employees are empowered to make informed decisions about their benefits.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and respond to 30-40 inbound calls per day from clients' employees, providing benefit and open enrollment information, and explaining complex aspects of company insurance programs
- Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs, and identify needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures
- Record employee enrollment in benefits, and utilize your expertise to provide in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, and that their employees are empowered to make informed decisions about their benefits
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers
- *Qualifications**
- Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of helping customers answer questions and resolve issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers
- Strong attendance and reliability, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays

- Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm, for 3-4 weeks
