- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and accurate information to incoming client calls and product knowledge requests
- Identifying, processing, and assessing client needs according to established policies and procedures
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution
- Partnering with other teams to meet and exceed client's service expectations
- Admitting patients and handling medical records entries accurately
- Entering and updating client and patient information into practice computer software
- Preparing health certificates, immunization certificates, laboratory requests, and euthanasia forms
- Processing payments/client invoices for services performed
- Receiving and relaying telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly
- Answering telephones and handling calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system

This role operates in a professional office environment, with exposure to hazards associated with pets, such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste. You'll be required to work in a fast-paced environment, using standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
- *Physical Demands**
The physical demands of this role include:
- Regularly talking or hearing
- Frequently sitting, standing, walking, using hands, and reaching with hands and arms
- Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 pounds up or down one flight of stairs
- *Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**
This is a full-time position, with shifts and hours of work Monday through Sunday. You must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- High school degree
- Previous client service experience is desirable
- Computer experience
