We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Amazon Customer Care Center – Work From Home team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
• Post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping should be addressed and resolved.
• Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries.
• Assist consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.

• *Requirements**

• BASIC REQUIREMENTS
+ A high school graduation or its equivalent; Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.+ Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders.+ Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs.+ Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.+ Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings; a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy; experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service; and a working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
