As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
  • Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise

  • *Physical Requirements**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
