Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a 100% work-from-home environment. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in Google Chrome

  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed

  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems

  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)
