We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our fund members, ensuring their inquiries are handled with care and professionalism. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Officer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails from fund members, providing factual information to assist with enquiries
  • Actively listening to members to gain a practical understanding of their situation
  • Building rapport with members and offering empathetic assistance
  • Ensuring enquiries requiring follow-up are placed in the relevant queue for further action
  • Documenting client issues and escalating issues to appropriate parties to resolve
  • Researching to respond to customer inquiries and responding formally to correspondence, either verbally or in writing, utilizing all reference material necessary to provide an informed response to the customer
