As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of advisors who handle customer inquiries and resolve post-order issues, such as returns, substitutions, discounts, delivery status, and raincheck requests. You'll provide comprehensive training and guidance to help advisors/partners address customer needs and achieve their goals. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a team of advisors who handle customer calls and messages, resolving post-order issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Provide broad training and advising to help advisors/partners address customer needs and achieve their goals
- Support the career development of specialists/partners through regular feedback and coaching discussions
- Lead peer reviews and quality assurance (call checking) surveys to ensure high-quality customer interactions
- Monitor ticket line efficiencies to guarantee optimal response times to customers and follow up when necessary
- Analyze patterns based on historical data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Support group-specific initiatives or projects with the management team
- Make recommendations or take remedial action to address performance issues and be a key part of the disciplinary and termination process
- Collaborate with HR and Senior Management to address and resolve employee issues
- Successfully interview and recommend candidates for hire
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner to achieve a successful resolution
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience
- Proven ability to close performance gaps and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide timely and actionable feedback in a high-pressure and complex environment
- Four-year college education or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience

- Master's degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
