  • Maintaining a neat and orderly front-end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions
  • Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives
  • Providing feedback and coaching to associates to improve their customer service skills and performance

To be successful as a Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire associates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous customer service or retail experience, with a focus on leadership and team management
