Job Summary


We're seeking an experienced Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. As a hybrid role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients while contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities



  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering comprehensive information about our products and services in a professional and timely manner.

  • Inside Sales: Manage inside sales activities, preparing and submitting product proposals and quotes, and following up with clients to ensure seamless sales experiences.

  • Order Management: Oversee order management, secure proof approvals, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Client Onboarding: Conduct onboarding calls for new clients, facilitating a smooth transition to our services and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Client Case Management: Track and manage client cases related to our loyalty program, monitoring customer orders and overseeing product shipment tracking.

  • Issue Resolution: Address customer issues promptly and efficiently, striving for one-touch resolutions and escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and drive business growth.
