To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 5+ years of customer service or dispatching experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior CRM/CMMS and HVAC knowledge preferred
